How to play LaughCash
Two players, two roles. The Joker has thirty seconds to make the other person laugh and can use anything to do it: jokes, sounds, GIFs, images. The Stoner has to sit there and not laugh. Then you swap.
A match, in order
- Pick a table. Public tables are staked from 5 to 100 LaughCash, and you are matched with someone playing for the same amount.
- Camera check. A look at your camera and microphone before anyone is waiting on you.
- Face-off, eight seconds. The reveal assigns Joker and Stoner, and the stake locks.
- Round one, thirty seconds. The Joker attacks, the Stoner holds.
- Round two, thirty seconds. The roles swap, so nobody wins on the draw.
- Level after two? A third round. Thirty seconds in which both players are the Joker. First to break loses.
- The winner takes the pot. The LaughCash lands straight away, and the match leaves a clip behind.
What counts as a laugh
Fair Play watches both faces while the round runs and calls the moment one of them breaks. It reads the video, so covering the camera or hiding your mouth is not a way to hold out.
Playing with people you know
A private room has its own invite link and goes down to a 1 LaughCash stake, which is the table to use when the point is the game rather than the pot.
What it costs
Nothing to start. You are given LaughCash when you create an account and a top-up if you run low. You can buy more by card in US dollars, and the price of a pack is shown before you pay. LaughCash is spent inside the game: there is no withdrawal and no cash value.
